At Kaleidoscope School Uniforms, we are committed to providing high-quality school uniforms to our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. Please take the time to carefully review your order, including the size chart and color options, before making your purchase. 

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items (not school logo), and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
Kaleidoscope School Uniforms reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in a saleable condition.

We only offer Mail-In exchange and returns:
Please mail back to us your exchange/return to our mailing address at 9898 Bissonnet St. STE 620 Houston, TX 77036
Make sure to forward us along with the order number the tracking number so we can confirm receipt of returned items.

Once the return is recevied - a refund or and exchange will be processed within 7-14 Business days.

This policy is effective as of 6/1/2024. Kaleidoscope School Uniforms reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
